The following general support policies apply to all Abstraction Systems products if not stated otherwise for a specific product.
If you have downloaded the trial version of an Abstraction Systems product, you are entitled to get free technical e-mail / Web-based support during the trial period of the product. We'll provide support for questions regarding installation problems, the functionality and usage of our products and debugging and programming issues.
Standard support Customers with valid standard licenses are entitled to get free technical e-mail / Web-based support for one (1) year from purchase date. We'll provide support for questions regarding installation problems, the functionality and usage of our products and debugging and programming issues. The standard license also entitles to the download of bug-fixes and all new builds up to the next minor version of the software. Licenses purchased up to 30 days before the next official major or minor release of a product are entitled for a free upgrade.

We'll provide support for questions regarding installation problems, the functionality and usage of our products and debugging and programming issues. The subscription license also entitles to the download of bug-fixes and all new minor and major product releases during one (1) year starting from the date of purchase. Subscription customers will be notified about new product releases and automatically receive new license keys if necessary. Subscription users may also qualify to participate in our beta-programs.
